Todays Bulletin

New Hip Day 3
Yesterday the Zimmer Frame, today the crutches. No more shuffling like a old woman (apologies to all old women out there), but a more steady gait on his own two feet. Henry has reached the heady heights of getting dressed (with the aid of a long handled grabber), getting out of bed, going to the bathroom and best of all, exercising at the Ballet Bar.

Tomorrow? Maybe the stairs!

Some yrs ago I attended Bishop Burton College of Agriculture as it was known in the 1970's and, although I only briefly worked in agriculture, I've always had an interest in farming issues and the countryside. Can I just say how much I enjoy dipping into your blog every so often which I happened to come across as a result of 'Googling' Dairy Shorthorns last year - always been my favourite cows - beautiful girls! I'm not sure who the writer of the blog is (or how everyone is related) but I hope Henry is out and about in his wellies again soon. PS Hope it's warmer in Cumbria than the Isle of Arran this afternoon - but at least it's dry! Regards, Zoƫ 17/4/08

I'm glad we're reaching out to someone somewhere!
As you probably realise I'm writing mainly to those who know us (far and wide).
Maybe a who's who is due.
