When you come to see us (note the "when"!) 'the mole-catcher' is welcome to bring his traps with him. We're going through a quiet time for moles at present, as we have had no rain for weeks (it's bad). When the rain returns, however (note that "when" also), so will the moles.
Current problem is a rabbit. I've blocked all the field access points but there's still one blighter that's giving me the run-around - and turning the field into a dangerous mess at the same time (holes everywhere).
Good idea, Leon - but: She's a hunting dog but is treated like a baby - so she doesn't get up in the morning until long after the rabbits have gone to bed - except in the hunting season. But the hunting season closed two weeks ago, when - surprise, surprise, the rabbits weren't active!
Amazing how much wild-life we see once the season's closed (eg pheasant in the front garden this week).

That's country life.
Willing to bet it's more than 1 rabbit. I'm sure next doors dog would have fun with them Derek :)
